How and were do I buy my own Radkutsche bike?
You can buy our cargo bikes directly from us. We deliver the cargo bikes completely assembled and ready to ride to your doorstep. Use our configurator and put together your desired cargo bike. We are there to answer any of your questions by phone or by e-mail. After we have received your configuration, we will send you our best offer. If you confirm it, we will add your bike to our production list.
The bicycle workshop of your preference can certainly also carry out service on your cargobike - just ask them. Our bikes and their electronics are deliberately designed so that no special software or know-how is required. If required, our technical support is available on 07473/5020774. You can also order spare parts directly from us.
